Laura is a Junior Consultant at Trial Behavior Consulting. She specializes in conducting pretrial and jury selection research, coordinating logistical details for mock trials, drafting surveys and case assessments, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. She is especially interested in small group dynamics and social psychological processes involved in individual and jury decision-making.

Before coming to Trial Behavior, Laura worked for the University of California Irvine School of Medicine as a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, facilitating pharmaceutical-sponsored drug and device clinical trials for COVID-19 and other diseases during the pandemic. Working directly in the COVID-19 hospital wards, Laura assisted with contributing to the FDA approval of many life-saving medications.  Laura has also previously worked with the Orange County Public Defender and a private criminal defense firm in New Jersey. In these roles Laura performed evidence reviews, intake assessments, and drafted strategic assessments.

Laura received her B.A in Psychological Science with a minor in Criminology from the University of California Irvine; she is currently working toward her Master of Legal and Forensic Psychology at the University of California Irvine. During her undergraduate studies, Laura was the Lead Research Assistant and Study Coordinator for a health psychology laboratory and contributed to peer-reviewed publications.
