Emily is an Associate Consultant who designs and moderates mock trials to provide analytical insights that guide trial strategy, case themes and key arguments. She also assists clients with jury selection, developing juror questionnaires and profiles, analyzing responses and offering recommendations for strike decisions.
Prior to joining Trial Behavior Consulting, Emily worked for ten years as a market researcher where she directed a global branding study that offered analytical frameworks to guide branding strategies based on target audience and consumer attitudes.
Emily received her MA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her BA in Psychology from Georgetown University.
