About Trial Behavior Consulting

A Pragmatic Approach toTrial Consulting & Jury Research

Since its inception, TBC has emphasized collaboration, a focus on practical solutions, and providing high-quality service. We work hand in hand with counsel to develop and implement effective trial strategy from discovery through closings. This approach has earned us the reputation of being a committed, involved, flexible, pragmatic firm that gets results. We created and refined the research methodologies and best practices that serve as the industry standard to this day. Our 40 years of existence means that we have an unmatched reservoir of institutional knowledge and data. We leverage this insight to develop effective trial strategies and themes that resonate in the venue at hand, to conduct sound and useful research exercises, to help prepare compelling and persuasive witnesses, and to identify and eliminate the most problematic individuals in jury selection.

While proud of our history and longevity, we remain forward focused. Jurors today are quite different than they were at our inception due to a variety of factors, including changes in technology and media, generational differences, demographic changes around the country, and an increasingly tumultuous and polarized social and political climate. We track the effects of these changes and assess how they impact jurors (and, by extension, our clients in litigation). Thus, our approach evolves over time and relies on cutting edge tools and techniques to obtain the most accurate read on jurors.
