Ms. Sims is a Junior Consultant with Trial Behavior Consulting. Kaitlynn’s primary responsibilities focus on jury selections, pre-trial research, coordinating logistical details, and analyzing qualitative & quantitative data from research studies. Prior to joining Trial Behavior, Kaitlynn was a Research Assistant studying Theory of Mind. In this role, she conducted and managed research studies, coded quantitative results, and contributed to various meta-analyses. Her most recent meta-analysis was on the impact of various medical issues on Theory of Mind development across the lifespan.
Kaitlynn received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Psychology with a minor in Sociology of Health & Medicine, and a M.Ed. from UCLA in Transformative Coaching & Leadership. She was also on the Swimming & Diving team for both Michigan and UCLA, earning 3 All-American Honors and a Big 10 Championship title.
