Dr. Logan Bussey
Associate Consultant

Dr. Bussey is an Associate Consultant. He focuses on pre-trial research and assisting with jury selection. Essential to Logan’s work is an understanding of how jurors understand and assess case evidence both generally and as related to each individual case.

Prior to joining Trial Behavior Consulting Logan worked as a freelance Jury Consultant across United States, primarily working on mock trials and public opinion surveys. He also has extensive research and data analysis experience from his time as a research coordinator at University of Washington Medical Center.

Logan received his PhD in Law and Psychology from Arizona State University where he also earned a B.A. and an M.A. in Psychology. His research has focused on juror assessment of eyewitness testimony and the impact of juror emotion on verdict decisions, as well as experimental research on juror attributions of fault during trial.
