Kelly is an expert in survey design and market research analysis. She has particular expertise in experimental design, behavior change, and social psychology. Her role at Trial Behavior Consulting runs the full range of research and jury consulting services. She works on focus groups, mock trials and jury selections as well as helping manage the Trial Behavior database.
Prior to joining TBC, Kelly was an independent consultant who conducted quantitative analytics for various clients in market research, advertising, and energy. She also has specific expertise in behavior program design and evaluation as well as analyzing data from large databases. She has published and presented on decision making, cultural identity, and critical evaluation of political messages.
Kelly received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Texas A&M University. She received her M.A. in Experimental Psychology and her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino.
