This is a dynamic position combining administrative support, project planning, and research related tasks. Specific duties include:

  • Provide overall office support (open and maintain office; answer phones; order supplies; shipping and receiving; handle expense reports; prepare materials for consulting team)
  • Assist project leads of mock trials and focus groups with project planning and implementation (prepare materials; attend projects as logistical lead; enter and analyze quantitative and qualitative data; prepare and proof reports)
  • Provide support to Consulting team (travel coordination; client communication and management; scheduling; organizational management)



Must be available to travel and work some nights or weekends.

Must be able to multi-task and work under deadlines

Must possess excellent writing and organizational skills

Must take initiative and be self-motivated

Must be energetic, flexible, and a quick learner

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team

Must have excellent typing skills

Must have good interpersonal skills and relate to clients in a professional manner


Technical Skills

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proficient in using the internet as a research tool

Familiarity with SPSS a plus


The candidate must have a BA/BS. Minimum of 3 years working in a professional office setting required. Experience in administrative or executive support is desirable. Potential for future growth.
